LMS modules

The Loyalty Management Suite provides all the components necessary for successful management of customer loyalty programmes.  
The modules at a glance:

  1. Customer Management
    The members form the heart of the programme, so management of master data is one of the core tasks of LMS. This module handles all aspects of membership, from registration and replacement of lost cards to status management, and functions as the bridge to the CRM system. It also manages the relationships between members, accounts, cards, partners and programmes.

  2. Account Management
    Account Management is the central pillar of the Loyalty Management Suite. All account activity is recorded in this module, including purchases, calculated bonus and status points and redeemed rewards. LMS is scalable and powerful enough to run millions of accounts and process a correspondingly high number of transactions. 

  3. Programme Management
    The Programme Management module defines the look & feel of the suite. It dictates the rules for account hierarchies and the types and categories for bonus points. As well as registration modalities, it also defines how points can be redeemed and when they expire. The identification pathways, customer card variants, login types and member status concept are also defined here. 

  4. Campaign Management
    Marketing campaigns are the driving force behind every customer loyalty programme. This module helps to implement them. The stored promotion rules ensure that the collection and redemption processes are implemented correctly. The close interaction with existing data mining tools also allows unambiguous member recognition and customer segmentation. 

  5. Rewards Management
    The key motivation for participation in a customer loyalty programme is the reward. Convenient redemption processes help to secure customers' long-term loyalty. These include ordering rewards from the online shop, and the opportunities to turn points into vouchers, donate the equivalent amount to charitable organisations or redeem the cash equivalent. 

  6. Partner Management
    Programme partners create added value for customers by offering them additional opportunities to collect points and so earn rewards more quickly. Smooth exchange of information between participating partners is important. This module provides the services needed to manage partner organisations and/or their services and products and integrate them into the programme.

  7. Clearing Management
    Correct and prompt billing between the partners and service providers is a fundamental component of the programme. The LMS rules take account of hierarchies such as the branch structure, partners or specific agreements. The billing module provides all the information needed by the finance department, together with the interfaces for general ledger accounting and the accounting systems.
