Programme management
Programme management defines the rules for account hierarchies and the types and categories of loyalty currencies. As well as registration modalities, it also defines how points can be redeemed and when they expire. The identification pathways, customer card variants, login types, rating rules and member status concept are also defined here.

Account management
Account management is the central pillar of the Loyalty Management Suite. It records all account activity, including purchases, calculated bonus and status points and redeemed rewards. It can manage millions of accounts and their transactions with ease.

Partner management
Partner management ensures the smooth exchange of information between participating partners. It provides all the services needed to integrate and manage the partner organisations and their services and products.

Rewards management
Rewards management maps all the redemption options. These include ordering rewards from the online shop, and the opportunities to turn points into vouchers and cash or donate the equivalent amount to charity.

Campaign management
Campaign management implements the marketing campaigns. The promotion rules stored here ensure that the collection and redemption processes are implemented correctly. Its close integration with existing data mining tools enables unambiguous member recognition and direct customer marketing.

Clearing management
Clearing management provides all the information needed by the finance department, together with the interfaces for general ledger accounting and the accounting systems. Correct and prompt billing between the partners and service providers is a fundamental component of the programme. Clearing management takes account of factors such as the branch structure of partners.
