Andreas Kindt (born 1964) studied industrial engineering before beginning his career in the product marketing section of Nixdorf Computer AG. He moved to Deutsche Telekom AG in 1990, where he initially worked as a project manager at Detecon GmbH, a subsidiary of T-Systems. In 1998, he became head of product development. From 1999, Kindt was head of the Berkom development centre of T-Nova GmbH and, in August 2000, he became the company’s Managing Director in the field of software systems. 2002 brought a move to T-Online International AG where he fulfilled the role of member of the Board of Management in charge of technology until 2006. He then spent two years as member of the Board of Management responsible for IT and CIO of T-Home before moving to Loyalty Partner Solutions. In total, Andreas Kindt spent 18 years at Deutsche Telekom AG.

Kindt has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH since October 2008. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of parent company Loyalty Partner and, as CIO, is responsible for IT throughout the group of companies.
