Andreas Berninger completed his studies in IT business management at the Academy of Business Administration and Public Management in Frankfurt am Main. He started his professional career in 1989 at Fresenius AG in the controlling department. From 1992 to 2006, he worked at AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH, a subsidiary of Lufthansa, where as Executive Director he was responsible for Operations.

Andreas Berninger has worked for Loyalty Partner GmbH since October 2006. In his function as “Head of Devision BPM PAYBACK”, he was initially responsible for process management at PAYBACK, taking on the additional post of COO in September 2007. He was appointed COO when Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH was hived off from Loyalty Partner GmbH.

Since October 15, 2008 Andreas Kindt is CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH.

Kindt comes to Loyalty Partner Solutions from Deutsche Telekom AG where he worked for a total of 18 years, most recently as member of the Management Board responsible for IT and CIO of T-Home. In this role, the 44-year-old's responsibilities included restructuring and remodeling T-Home's IT operations and introducing numerous new products. Kindt was also previously a member of the Management Board of T-Online International AG and Managing Director of T-Nova GmbH, a subsidiary of T-Systems.
