Andreas Berninger

Andreas Berninger completed his studies in IT business management at the Academy of Business Administration and Public Management in Frankfurt am Main. He started his professional career in 1989 at Fresenius AG in the controlling department. From 1992 to 2006, he worked at AirPlus Servicekarten GmbH, a subsidiary of Lufthansa, where as Executive Director he was responsible for Operations.

Andreas Berninger has worked for Loyalty Partner GmbH since October 2006. In his function as “Head of Division BPM PAYBACK”, he was initially responsible for process management at PAYBACK, taking on the additional post of COO in September 2007. He was appointed COO when Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH was hived off from Loyalty Partner GmbH.

Christian Hess joined LPS, which specialises in IT solutions and process management for professional customer loyalty programmes, in 2007. After an initial period in charge of CRM BPO for Deutsche Bahn, he assumed responsibility for sales & marketing on the management team at the start of 2011 and was ultimately appointed Managing Director of LPS in July 2011.

In addition to CRM, loyalty solutions and BPO, Hess has many years of experience in direct marketing and in process and call centre management. His career prior to joining LPS included management positions at Walter TeleCenter GmbH and Premiere Service Center Lübeck GmbH.
